Chocolate Avocado Pudding (Pops)

Angela from Whole Foods taught me this recipe. It’s not only delicious and nutritious, but it really hits the spot when you need a chocolate fix! This pudding is chockfull of nutritious elements – and I’ve modified the original recipe to include our favorite coco powder (MacroLife’S Macro Greens Coco Powder) which adds dozens of fruits, veggies, helpful probiotics and lots of great vitamins!

(Nut Free, Vegan, Natural Sugar)


Tools Needed:

  • Good blender or food processor
  • Spatula
  • Cutting board
  • Kid-safe knives
  • Popsicle molds

Be safe! Be careful when handling the food processor blade!

Step 1: Wash outside of avocados, cut in half and remove seed. Peel bananas then put in food processor, and remove pits from dates and put in food processor. Add milk. 


Step 2: Scoop avocado into food processor, then add the coco powder.

Step 3: Blend well. May need to use spatula to push mixture back down into the food processor so that it blends completely.


Step 4: Scoop into Popsicle molds and freeze over night. *TIP: you can use a cake decorating piping/icing bag to fill the molds with less mess :)

Optional: If you’d like to eat it like pudding, simply put it in refrigerator for at least 2 hours… then enjoy!
