Harvest Soup (Squash) – This is creamy and delicious, VEGAN, and a delicious way to ward of colds!
Mel’s Rustic Bread – It may take a while, but it’s SO WORTH IT! I put a sprig of rosemary in the water bath at the bottom of the oven, and the bread comes out with a delicious scent of rosemary. Dip this bread in your favorite soup, or use it to lop up extra Sneaky Mama Sauce :).
Zucchini Apple Muffins – You can use 2 local/seasonal foods in this amazingly delicious and nutritious recipe: apples and zucchini. Freeze the extras and warm up one every morning for the perfect breakfast snack!
