These delicious cookies are made with Vegan chocolate chips, flax “eggs”, Earth’s Balance “butter” and all organic ingredients! Add chopped walnuts for extra Omegas, protein and healthy oils. AND, they’re gluten free – which means you’ll need to make sure the Vanilla is gluten free too. We use Coconut Sugar instead of brown sugar, and Organic Cane Sugar (unrefined) instead of processed sugar. The sugar is cut in half, and we add a small amount of Stevia to keep them sweet! Enjoy :)
