Pink Pitaya Lemonade

What is Pitaya??!? It’s the Spanish name for Dragon Fruit – an excellent source of B vitamins, antioxidants, fiber and magnesium! We only use Pitaya from a trusted source: Pitaya Plus, because they don’t add sugar or process the Pitaya with nasty chemicals.

Enjoy this quick, easy, delicious, nutritious and BEAUTIFUL lemonade :) Here’s a ‘How to’ video to help you get started!

Pink Pitaya Lemonade 

(Nut Free, Vegan, Sugar-lite)


  • 1 package of frozen Pitaya Plus thawed
  • 3 large lemons rind removed
  • 1 cup brown rice syrup or honey
  • 4 cups WARM filtered water ( = 1 quart)
  • 1 teaspoon stevia
  • Ice

Tools Needed:

  • Measuring cups
  • Juicer
  • Large pitcher
  • Long wooden spoon
  • Cups, lids, straws

Be safe! Keep little hands away from all sharp objects, like the juicer and blade! DO NOT turn on juicer when top is off.

Step 1: Use juicer to juice the lemon and thawed Pitaya (it will remove the bitter seeds)

Step 2: Mix WARM water and syrup/honey and Stevia in the large pitcher.

Step 3: Add in lemon & Pitaya juice and mix well. Serve over ice :)
