What is Pitaya??!? It’s the Spanish name for Dragon Fruit – an excellent source of B vitamins, antioxidants, fiber and magnesium! We only use Pitaya from a trusted source: Pitaya Plus, because they don’t add sugar or process the Pitaya with nasty chemicals.

Pink Pitaya Lemonade
(Nut Free, Vegan, Sugar-lite)
- 1 package of frozen Pitaya Plus thawed
- 3 large lemons rind removed
- 1 cup brown rice syrup or honey
- 4 cups WARM filtered water ( = 1 quart)
- 1 teaspoon stevia
- Measuring cups
- Large pitcher
- Long wooden spoon
- Cups, lids, straws
Be safe! Keep little hands away from all sharp objects, like the juicer and blade! DO NOT turn on juicer when top is off.
Step 1: Use juicer to juice the lemon and thawed Pitaya (it will remove the bitter seeds)
Step 2: Mix WARM water and syrup/honey and Stevia in the large pitcher.
Step 3: Add in lemon & Pitaya juice and mix well. Serve over ice
