My kids love to make and eat pasta. But my 4 year old picks out anything green before taking a bite! So my sneaky tip is to boil the pasta AND the veggies together. Some of the vitamins and nutrients from the veggies will sneak into the pasta. Last week we made a healthy version of pasta with sausage & broccoli and called it: Pasta Paella! We left out the shellfish for our friend MRM who has an allergy, but left in the delicious healthy goodness! Check out the recipe here!
